Effective October 24, 2026 · OpsBoost LLC
This policy explains what information OpsBoost LLC ("OpsBoost," "we," "us") collects through opsboost.ai and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Questions about this policy can be directed to info@opsboost.ai.
Information We Collect
- Contact and business details — Name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, messages, and questionnaire answers submitted through our contact, consultation, trial, readiness assessment, and demo forms.
- Demo and website analysis information — Website URLs submitted for personalized demonstrations; publicly accessible information retrieved from those websites, such as business descriptions, services, hours, locations, and relevant webpages; extracted or summarized business information; selected use cases; and demo generation status.
- Demo call information — When you interact with a demonstration voice agent, we may receive and retain conversation transcripts, summaries, call timestamps, conversation identifiers, and associated call recordings where recording is enabled.
- Text-message consent records — Your opt-in status, consent timestamp, the disclosure presented when consent was collected, the source page, and associated IP address.
- Account information — Email address, login information, business profile, and onboarding answers when you create an account.
- Payment-related information — Payments are processed through Stripe. We receive payment-related identifiers, subscription status, and plan information, but not full payment card numbers.
- Service usage — Call durations, conversation identifiers, and usage measurements used to administer service plans and included minutes.
- Website usage — Pages visited, button interactions collected through Brevo analytics, and security information processed through services such as Cloudflare Turnstile. For abuse prevention and rate limiting, we may store hashed representations of IP addresses and email addresses.

We do not sell personal information.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
Website Analysis for Personalized Demos
When you submit a business website through an OpsBoost demonstration form, we may use automated website analysis tools to retrieve publicly accessible information from that website.
This process may include:
- Retrieving publicly accessible webpages.
- Identifying business services, operating hours, service areas, and other business information.
- Extracting and summarizing relevant public website content.
- Processing that information through automation and AI service providers.
- Using the resulting information to configure and personalize a demonstration voice agent.
Website analysis does not require access to private website accounts or login credentials.
We ask users to submit only websites they are authorized to request analysis of. Please do not submit confidential information, passwords, private account URLs, or restricted materials.
Submitting a website does not transfer ownership of its original content to OpsBoost.
We may retain submitted URLs, extracted information, generated summaries, and associated demonstration records as described under Retention and Security.
Demo Agents, Conversations, and Data Retention
Personalized demonstration agents are temporary and are configured to expire after use.
The expiration of a demonstration agent does not automatically delete the information collected or generated during the demonstration.
Depending on the services involved, OpsBoost may continue to retain:
- Submitted business and contact information.
- Website analysis results and extracted content.
- Generated demonstration configurations and summaries.
- Conversation transcripts, call metadata, and associated recordings where enabled.
- Demo status and workflow execution records.
- Communications and consent records.
This information may be retained in OpsBoost systems and in systems operated by service providers supporting our demonstrations and workflows.
We retain information as reasonably needed to operate and support our services, maintain business records, address security issues, comply with applicable legal requirements, and document consent.
Different categories of information may be subject to different retention periods.
You may request deletion of eligible information by contacting info@opsboost.ai. Requests will be evaluated and fulfilled in accordance with applicable law, legal retention obligations, and relevant service-provider capabilities.

Text Messages and Consent
When you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS communications, OpsBoost may send messages relating to demonstrations, consultations, requested information, and OpsBoost services, consistent with the consent you provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
One-time verification messages and other requested transactional communications may be handled separately from optional promotional SMS consent, as permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent data with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, and service providers solely as necessary to deliver and administer authorized communications.
We do not share SMS opt-in information with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging services to which the individual consented.
Cookies and Website Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, support authentication, maintain security, and understand website usage.
This may include Brevo analytics and Cloudflare security services.
Advertising choices are separate from necessary services and Brevo website analytics. Where advertising consent is required, advertising measurement remains blocked until you accept. Unknown locations are treated the same way. Elsewhere, advertising measurement may be permitted unless you reject it or signal an applicable privacy opt-out.
Cookie settings lets you accept, reject, or withdraw advertising permission at any time. Closing the notice is not acceptance. We keep a browser-local visitor reference, choice, timestamp, country, and the version and text of the notice, including its data, purposes, and recipients. Withdrawal preserves evidence of the earlier acceptance and blocks new advertising events; blocked events are not replayed.
Google Ads measures HVAC demo requests after email verification and confirmed lead capture, for advertising measurement and optimization. Where permitted, its Google tag can process browser and device information, cookies and ad-click information. Ordinary event parameters do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, verification codes, transcripts or demo identifiers. Page and referrer information sent through this installation excludes URL query strings and private demo links. Server-side advertising, customer matching and advertising personalization are not enabled. Canada is treated as requiring consent because our country lookup cannot distinguish Quebec. See Google's privacy information.
Campaign origin and advertising choice evidence may be associated with your demo and its linked lead in our restricted records. Missing choices are recorded as unanswered, not accepted. GCLID is stored in the dedicated campaign field only with explicit advertising acceptance, removed upon withdrawal, and otherwise cleared after 90 days. Consent evidence retains the notice, choice, timestamps, region and earlier acceptance so a later refusal does not erase its history. Cookie settings applies withdrawal to this browser's associated demo records; if offline, it is retried when you reconnect or return. To withdraw across other browsers or request deletion of campaign information, contact info@opsboost.ai.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, although some website functionality may be affected.
Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal obligations and operational requirements.
This may include maintaining customer records, billing information, demonstration data, communication history, security logs, and consent records.
Temporary demonstration agents expire after use; however, associated information may remain stored until deleted in accordance with our data retention practices or an applicable deletion request.
We use measures such as access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative access to protect information.
No electronic system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may:
- Opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
- Request access to personal information associated with you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of eligible personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to qualifying requests in accordance with applicable law.
Certain information may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or other lawful purposes.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under the age of 13.
