Terms of Service

    Effective September 29, 2026 · OpsBoost LLC

    1. Acceptance

By using opsboost.ai, requesting a demo, creating an account or buying a plan from OpsBoost LLC ("OpsBoost"), you agree to these terms. If you use the services for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

    2. Our services

OpsBoost designs, deploys and monitors AI voice agents, AI receptionists and related automations for businesses, including free AI demos, managed monthly plans and consulting.

    3. AI and automated services

Our services use artificial intelligence that can misunderstand callers, give incomplete or incorrect answers, or fail to transfer calls. AI output is not professional (legal, medical, financial or emergency) advice. You are responsible for defining your own routing, escalation, emergency and fallback rules, and for reviewing how the agent handles your calls.

    4. Demos

Demos are free, limited, provided as-is, and expire after a set number of calls or time. You may only submit websites you own or are authorized to represent. Demos are built from publicly available website information and may contain errors. We may limit or refuse demo requests to prevent abuse.

    5. Accounts

Keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

    6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

    • Comply with laws that apply to your calls and messages, including call-recording notice, consent and telemarketing rules.
    • Do not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or spam activity, or to impersonate others.
    • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of our systems.
    • Provide accurate business information and keep your call-handling rules up to date.

    7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans include a one-time implementation fee and a recurring monthly fee billed through Stripe, as shown at checkout. Plans include a set number of voice minutes; usage is tracked, and any overage charges will only apply if agreed with you in advance. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.

    8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through your account billing portal or by contacting us. Refund and cancellation terms for setup and monthly fees are set out in your plan or customer agreement.

    9. Intellectual property

OpsBoost keeps all rights in our software, prompts, workflows, website and materials. You keep rights in your business content and data, and give us permission to use it to provide the services.

    10. Third-party services

Our services rely on providers such as Stripe, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Supabase, n8n, Calendly and others. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

    11. Availability

We work to keep services running and monitored, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a written service agreement says otherwise.

    12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

    13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, OpsBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, calls or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

    14. Termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the services in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the services at any time.

    15. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
